About Susan
Our Property Manager is Sue Fabris; very approachable, organised and efficient. With previous experience as a legal secretary, she is accustomed to dealing with and resolving issues in an effective and professional manner. Her role involves completing ongoing Inspections of all our rental properties and liaising between landlords and tenants on maintenance issues. She manages the trust accounts and audits, payment of accounts, rent arrears, lease expires and general rental officer duties involved in running a rent roll.
