About Melissa
The engine room of the business, as we call her, is Melissa Patzel. Melissa has worked alongside Valerie from the beginning of Valerie’s journey into the real estate field and is a valuable asset to the company. She and her partner, Ric who originates from one of the most scenic destinations in the world, New Zealand, live in Millicent and enjoy much of the freedom of country life. Mel is the Office Manager, Qualified Sales Consultant and Sales Assistant to the sales term, and also oversees the Rental Department.
